Popcocon Technology Co., Ltd. held its annual meeting on February 4th, 2021. Over ten attendees were present, including the company’s general manager, project managers, and department leads.

The general manager drafted a report with the theme of “unifying our thinking and promoting steady development.” The report focused on the following: identifying obstacles in the workplace in 2020 and analyzing the market for potential future opportunities. The team then used this information to create target goals for the present year and a strategy for how to achieve them. 

As the discussion developed, the target goals began to take shape. In 2021, Popcocon’s primary objectives will be refining its business strategy to foster development, improving the quality of service, and continuing to grow the business by broadening its scope. Additional areas for continued improvement include productivity, project management, safety, and cultural diversity. 

To help achieve these goals, Popcocon is encouraging its employees to be bold in exploring new and innovative ideas. It supports speaking freely, making suggestions, and providing advice, allowing employees to actively participate in shaping the company’s future.

Popcocon’s annual meetings are always democratic, allowing all participants to voice their thoughts and opinions. This inclusiveness promotes innovation, growth, and unity in the company, facilitating a bright and successful future. Various individuals and departments were also acknowledged for their achievements. Their hard work was publicly recognized, gaining the commendation of their peers.

Popcocon emerged from the annual conference with a roadmap for 2021. It has identified its primary objectives for the year, and it will achieve these goals by adhering to its three core tenets: delivering quality products, practicing integrity, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
