Answer:  Injection molded parts can sometimes exhibit a surface finish with a foggy appearance. This could be due to a number of reasons, including material formula, plastic pellet drying time, low mold temperature, or excessive amounts of release agents. Additionally, molding parameters may need to be adjusted, such as injection speed, die temperature, melt temperature, holding time, holding pressure, and nozzle temperature. Popcocon takes special care to ensure fogginess is mitigated, and we use high purity materials with short drying times and good flowrate.
